Why Rich pay less taxes?

Rather it's a misleading statement. There is no such thing as Rich paying less taxes rather folks who get their income from dividend income pay lesser percentage in taxes compared to someone whose is taxed based on their W2 income. The tax rate for dividends and long term capital appreciation from stocks is between 15% and 20%. Compared this to tax rate of W2 income. It can range anywhere from 0 to 39%.

Add an income stream that can come from dividends to pay lesser over all tax.

To your Legacy.
