Principal Partner
Chandu Yengoti brings a technological know-how to our team that is rarely rivaled in the business world. His skills have already helped many Fortune 500 companies that continue to thrive today, and now he lends his unparalleled expertise to Techvestors as one of the two decision-makers within our company.
He aims to innovate the way we utilize technology for the multi-family real estate investment industry. As an electrical & electronics engineer with an MBA and CFA in finance, he is an invaluable member of our team.
He lives in Saratoga CA with his wife Rekha and two beautiful children.
Shankar Radhakrishnan
Principal Partner
Shankar Radhakrishnan is our head of rehab and marketing. He is a technological entrepreneur credited with innovating the analytical and data field in Silicon Valley, California. These analytical skills help us in every aspect of Techvestors’ operation, and give us the advantage on the real estate investment marketplace.
Shankar attended Berkley to receive his MBA, and earned both an MS and Bachelor’s Degree in technology. This advanced education and dedication to our cause makes him an invaluable member of our team, and a core part of TechVestor’s innovative business model based on finding and properly executing guaranteed asset-based cash flow.
He lives with his wife Priya in Fremont CA with his two lovely sons.
